Group EFT tapping sessions are the perfect opportunity to discover the amazing benefits of EFT even if they are not as tailored as the one-to-one sessions. EFT is a gentle practical way to calm the nervous system, ease stress and let go of emotional weight allowing you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and calm. Join us this Autumn/winter to release the burden of overwhelm and physical and mental daily stresses. All Sessions will be held online. Link will be sent after payment has been made.

Deposits of 50% of the investment are required for all bookings and they are non-refundable We understand that things can come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible or at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows will incur a full charge for the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
