EFT Tapping
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as tapping, is a holistic healing method that combines elements of cognitive therapy with gentle tapping on specific acupressure points on the body. This powerful technique is designed to reduce stress, release emotional blockages, and promote overall well-being by balancing the body’s energy system. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, limiting beliefs, or past traumas, EFT offers a simple yet effective tool to help you feel more grounded, calm, and empowered in your daily life.

Just like acupuncture (but without the needles) EFT works on unblocking the flow of energy at the meridian points.
As we tap on specific points focusing on a problem, we begin to release the emotional charge associated with it.
By tapping we calm the nervous system, reduce stress and help release negative emotions that otherwise would remain stuck causing blockages and a consistent state of dis-ease.
The integration of Metaphysical Anatomy into my EFT practice offers a powerful way to deepen emotional healing and accelerate true lasting transformation. While EFT helps release energetic blockages and trauma through tapping and mindful awareness, Metaphysical Anatomy adds another layer by addressing the underlying root causes of emotional and physical discomfort—often stored in the body’s subconscious memory or inherited through generational trauma.
By identifying these patterns, clients can gain profound insights into reoccurring emotions, behaviors, or persisting symptoms.
This approach not only enhances the effectiveness of EFT but also supports lasting change by resolving the core emotional imprints rather than just the surface reactions. The combination of these two modalities empowers clients to experience greater clarity, emotional freedom, and a renewed sense of self-awareness.
After years of successfully using this method myself I decided it was time to introduce it to my therapies as part of my clients' healing journey.
