Service Description

Our body is energy, as is everything around us, and is mainly made of water. Cells in our body need to move and flow to allow chi (the universal life force) to move freely and keep our body and mind in harmony. Sometimes this flow gets interrupted and energy gets stuck. Similarly as when we throw a pebble in water to create ripples in the element, sound frequencies travel through our bodies shifting the cells and move stuck energies, which may be causing physical or emotional dis-ease or imbalances within the energetic field and the body. When these vibrations are emitted even closer to the body during a one-to-one session, they go even deeper shifting the cells and allowing to clear stuck energies, which may be causing physical or emotional imbalances within the energetic field in the body, ultimately enabling you to release this 'stagnant energy'. During an individual Reiki sound session, I will be implementing the use of instruments like tuning forks and Tibetan bowls in the aura or on the body to shift stagnant energy and revitalise the flow of life force energy.
